At Nemer IT Solutions, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered.
Eligible Reasons for Return
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1- Excessive Delay in Processing
If your order was not processed or delivered within the committed timeframe.
2- Wrong Item Received
If the product delivered does not match the item you ordered (different model, specs, or quantity).
3- Damaged or Defective Item
If the product arrives physically damaged or not functioning as expected.
Return Conditions
1- A valid receipt or order confirmation must be presented.
2- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and serial numbers intact.
3- The request must be submitted within 1 day of delivery.
4- Products that have been physically tampered with, altered, or misused will not be accepted.
Refunds & Replacements
After inspection, you may choose between:
- Replacement of the product (subject to stock availability).
- Refund issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
Non-Returnable Items
For security and licensing reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Software licenses or activation keys
- Opened consumables (cables, toner, etc.)
- Special/custom orders
