Why are prices not listed?
Cabling runs, camera counts and server specs change the cost by a wide margin. We quote after a short call or site visit so the number you get is the number you pay.
Do you lock me into a contract?
No hard contracts. Support plans run month to month and you can stop whenever the service stops earning it.
How fast do you respond?
Remote requests are picked up in under 30 minutes during working hours. Emergency on-site call-outs are same day where possible.
Do you work outside Beirut?
Yes. On-site work covers Beirut and Mount Lebanon, and remote support reaches anywhere with a connection.
