Which IT Package Suits My Office
Answer a few questions about your office and see which support, network, hosting and security packages match how you actually work.
Six questions about how your office actually works, and the tool points at the packages that fit. Nothing is sent anywhere and there is nothing to fill in afterwards. If two answers pull in different directions it will say so rather than pretend there is one obvious answer.
How the suggestion is worked out
The tier inside each package is chosen from four things: how many people depend on the system, whether you want us remote or managing it for you, what an outage actually costs you, and which way you lean on spending. A three person office that can work around a problem for an afternoon does not need the same contract as a thirty person office that loses money every hour, even when the equipment list looks similar.
Where an answer leaves no real choice the tool pins the tier. Asking for an online shop points at the e-commerce build rather than the brochure site, because the two are different pieces of work and a shop is never the cheaper one.
Where the tool will be wrong
It cannot see your building, your existing equipment or the three things that are already broken. It does not know that your server is nine years old, that the cabling was run by whoever had a drill, or that your internet line is the real reason everything feels slow. Those are the findings that change a recommendation most, and they come out of a site visit rather than a form.
Treat the result as a sensible starting point. If it suggests something that feels too much or too little, that is worth a conversation, because the gap usually points at something specific about how you work.
